The Pantera EX is PARD’s most premium thermal riflescope to date. Designed to visually mimic a traditional day scope, the EX impresses with its clean, tubular design. The control panel is neatly hidden under a flip-up cover, and a large, easy-to-operate focus wheel is integrated at the top.
Internally, the Pantera EX pushes performance boundaries. It features a 50 mm lens, a high-sensitivity thermal sensor of 640×512 px, and an industry-leading 2560-pixel OLED display—the highest-resolution screen currently available in any thermal optic. The image quality is crisp and detailed, especially at long distances.
Power is handled via a dual system: a built-in battery and a swappable external 18650 battery. This hybrid setup helps ensure extended use in the field, even during longer hunts. While the IWA demo version didn’t include it, a version with a built-in laser rangefinder is planned for release in late summer 2025.
PARD has clearly aimed the Pantera EX at serious hunters looking for premium performance in a traditional form factor.
