How does shipping work?
KarooOutdoor.Com partners with local suppliers in order to provide you the best prices and the highest quality products.
This means that your order is shipped from different regions inside South Africa. We use the best shipping couriers that support shipment tracking to keep you updated of your order. There might be circumstances when tracking a shipment is not available and is out of our control. However we are carefully considering suppliers and shipping services that does offer tracking. Customer service is very important to us.
Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to re-quote on deliveries if the items ordered are coming from multiple suppliers, the items are large or bulky, or need to be be delivered to areas not serviced by courier companies.
If a product is heavy and bulky it will be indicated on the product page. If shipping restrictions apply please contact us to confirm the delivery cost. We don't want to charge extra for delivery, but unfortunately we can't send 10 x Engel Frezeers to Pofadder for R100.
How long does shipping take?
Because we provide you with the best quality and prices and we ship directly from our partners in different regions, your item may take 2-5 days to arrive (Keep in mind it might take slightly longer due to circumstances beyond our control). Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
Please note that couriers do not deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays which can cause your order to take more than 5 days. No matter where you are in South Africa, you can buy from us!
Some products may have extended lead times due to sourcing from suppliers.
Outlying areas make take longer to deliver.
